Progressive Metal Stamping

Progressive Die Stamping utilizes a single die (progressive die) to complete multiple stamping steps in one processing operation. The metal sheet is fed incrementally through the stamping press's feed system, with each press stroke performing a specific operation (such as cutting, bending, or punching) until the final part is formed.

High Efficiency: Each stamping operation can complete multiple steps, significantly increasing production efficiency, making it suitable for mass production.

High Precision: The die is designed with precision, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the parts.

Cost-Effectiveness: High-efficiency production reduces the cost per unit product.

Versatility: A single die can perform multiple processing operations, adapting to various production needs and capable of producing parts with complex shapes.

Additional Processing Services: We offer professional surface treatment outsourcing services.

Mold Design

Our independent mold development center directly responds to the production status on-site.

Using advanced software and hardware tools, excellent mold processing, and inspection equipment, we provide customers with reliable quality and speed assurance.

We offer a low-volume trial production service for various molds, including appearance models, functional models, jig design, fixture design, and gauge design.

With multiple injection machines on-site, mold trials can be performed without outsourcing.

ODM/OEM Development

We accept original design manufacturing (ODM) requests for design and production, as well as original equipment manufacturing (OEM) requests for contract manufacturing.
