Our product assembly is divided into multiple stages, including plastic injection molding, terminal plating, and automatic/semi-automatic machine assembly. Each stage is equipped with high-functionality, high-efficiency technology, and extensive experience. Currently, we use the most advanced manufacturing equipment and inspection devices to ensure that product quality meets the highest standards.

We continuously enhance the functionality of CCD sensors and the development of automated management (inspection).

The production and manufacturing department currently operates over 500 automated devices. We are gradually replacing automated robotic arms in phases to improve product reliability and reduce labor errors.
